Terms of Use. Maxx Marketing, Inc. (“Maxx”) maintains the following Terms of Use and Privacy Notice (the “Terms”) applicable to our website, www.maxx-marketing.com (the “Site”). By visiting the Site, you agree to the Terms, which may be updated from time to time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, and updates.  If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms you should not access or view this website.

Privacy Policy. Maxx is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and as a result, maintains this privacy policy to inform you of what we do with your personal information. Maxx does not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to or with unrelated third parties for any reason, except as required by law. In general, you can browse the Site without providing any personal information. If you choose to communicate with Maxx, either by sending us an e-mail message or contacting us through the “Get in Touch” tab, we may retain the content of your message, your email address, IP address, and our response. Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue. These Terms and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. By using the Site, you hereby irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State and Federal courts located in the Cook County, Illinois, USA, and waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with the Terms.
