Tremendous opportunity to step into a leadership role helping to manage a best-in-class, blue chip client base. In addition to managing and organically growing existing accounts, the role will require engagement in new business initiatives to broaden the client base of Maxx Marketing’s EMEA operation. Successful candidate is highly effective in account management, client service, sales and business development, and possesses strong numeracy skills. Must have 5+ years experience working with Fortune 500 brands in the advertising and/or marketing agency setting, delivering custom promotional merchandise and promotional product solutions including in-pack, on-pack and online for Travel Retail, QSR, CPG, FMCG, Pharma, Tech, Oil and other sectors.
Account Manager will be responsible for liaising with Fortune clients and WPP agencies on a range of integrated promotional campaigns with a merchandise focus. Will work with local and remote teams to create fun, innovative promotional concepts, licensed entertainment-based promotions and promotional merchandise proposals. It is essential that this person takes a keen interest in the brand arena described above and brings a strong awareness of new trends in promotions, sweepstakes, POP/POS, brand activation and entertainment based customer engagement. This is a self-driven, results-oriented sales individual with a clear focus on building relationships with new prospects, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to encourage organic growth of accounts.
Senior AE will be responsible for liaising with clients, WPP sister agencies, and suppliers on a range of integrated promotional campaigns with a merchandise focus. It is essential that this person takes a keen interest in the brand arena described above and brings a strong awareness of new trends in promotions, sweepstakes, POP/POS, brand activation and entertainment based customer engagement. The Senior AE will be provided with hands on training in the various areas of the business including top line information with regards to manufacturing, logistics, and quality which are all integral to the successful management of programs and client interface.

The Creative Manager will supervise a team of Asian-based designers and partner with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of on-strategy concepts for large promotional campaigns. Must have a strong background delivering integrated promotional concepts including in-pack, on-pack, digital and online for Travel, Banking, QSR, CPG, FMCG, Pharma, Tech, Oil and other sectors.
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing Maxx Marketing's operating systems and associated subsystems. Incumbent will provide system-level support of multi-user systems including hardware and software tools, and the support of these systems, identifying possibilities for optimization. He/she will analyze and document new business requirements and identify problem areas of systems. Perform application testing, system set up, user training and system upgrade for system enhancement or new projects, as well as provide day-to-day support on applications.
